99% of Avon’s Representatives endorse iBrochures


Global beauty giant Avon recently commissioned three preview iBrochures from the Marketing Innovation Group (MIG) to send to its Representatives. Feedback to the digital brochures has been exceptional, with 99% finding them easy to use and 84% rating the experience of using the iBrochure as ‘very good’ or ‘good’.


[UKPRwire, Tue Aug 21 2007] Another of MIG’s Intelligent Marketing Tools, the iSurvey was used to evaluate the feedback. iSurvey enables the posting, tracking and analysis of survey data online. Avon Representatives could, therefore, both view the iBrochure and complete the survey online via an email link. MIG was responsible for both the generation and despatching of the iSurvey, enabling Avon to focus its attention on the results.

MIG’s iSurvey also provided Avon with feedback relating to potential customer preference. The iSurvey was, therefore, a crucial source of information and will enable them to make important decisions with regard to their future sales and marketing plans.
