His new role as Chairman will be to assist the management team with the continued development of the UK business.

Kevin, formerly the CFO of Thomson Directories and a key member of the management team, was involved in the Venture Capital backed buyouts of Thomson Directories. As part of the buy out process, he worked with 3i, Advent International and Apax Partners. Kevin was also involved in the establishment and sale of an internet marketing Joint Venture to InfoSpace. Prior to this Kevin worked for Dairy Crest as Finance Director of the Logistics Division after working on the flotation of Dairy Crest on the London Stock Exchange. Kevin originally trained with Coopers & Lybrand, now part of PWC, in London.
