The girls are all insurance executives who spend their days arranging cover, managing business, making calls, attending meetings and hitting computer keyboards. And at night? Being part of Bikesure they have a keen interest in two wheels, and the calendar shows them with a variety of sexy machines. It's enough to make any hot-blooded male reach for the phone and call for an insurance quote - which is the idea, of course.
Bike Renewal Technician Michelle, who shares the November page with a custom chopper trike, explains the appeal of being a Bikesure Babe. "It's a real laugh," she admits. "Mainly it's about doing a few photo shoots during the year and visiting some of the bike shows to promote the company. We get to meet lots of the punters, which is brilliant. It can be quite hard work but we have a load of fun and it's a complete change from the usual office routine, which is great."
Michelle and her fellow Babes helped choose the bikes in the calendar. The selection shows the wide variety of machines that Bikesure covers: from superbikes to twist 'n go scooters, including trikes, classics, custom builds and quads. "I like the trike, but to be honest I’m more a Harley girl," says Michelle. "I love October’s custom Hog (I mean the bike, not Jem, who’s the model in the shot)."
Getting hold of a copy of the calendar isn't going to be easy - it's an exclusive that's mainly designed for motorbike dealers and VIP customers, so only a few thousand copies will be printed.
