SEAT ON BOARD FOR BIRMINGHAM’S JOHN TAYLOR HOSPICE

A new SEAT car dealership has celebrated its launch by donating £500 to a Birmingham Hospice.

[UKPRwire, Wed Nov 04 2009] A new SEAT car dealership has celebrated its launch by donating £500 to a Birmingham Hospice.

Central SEAT and Skoda of Birmingham made the donation to the nearby John Taylor Hospice.

The Company previously sold only Skoda cars but has now added the SEAT range to the choice of models available. The latest donation brings to the total raised for the Hospice by the dealership and its customers to £850.

The Company is also offerings special discounts on cars and servicing to registered supporters of the Hospice.

Managing Director Mike Byrne who lives in Sutton Coldfield said,
“We rely on the support of local customers and we like to give something back to the local community as our way of saying thank you. A number of our loyal customers either work for, or are volunteers at the Hospice

We also know that many of our customers and their relatives in both Sutton Coldfield and Erdington have been helped by the Hospice – which is only a mile or so away from our showroom - so it was a logical choice.

The launch of the SEAT franchise gives us a much wider range of models for customers to choose from and our latest donation was our way of celebrating! We hope to do more in the future with the help of our staff and customers.”

The John Taylor Hospice serves a population of over 400,000 from the City centre northwards and including Sutton Coldfield. It has a day hospice, an inpatient unit and community based nursing and bereavement support teams.
