The summer school intensive session was designed to allow HR professionals the opportunity to increase their skill set in a shorter period of time and at a more flexible time of year, to help them build their HR strategies for prosperous year-end results.
Workplace mediation is currently at the forefront of the new Employment Act, which encourages organisations to resolve disputes in-house, with a focus on early resolution.
