Worldwide accounting network, Russell Bedford International, expands geographic coverage by appointing its first Correspondent firm - in Malta.

DG & Associates was established in late 2003 by two partners, Michael Debono and Sandro Grech. Sandro Grech has some 13 years’ postqualification experience in the fields of audit, accounting and tax planning. Michael Debono has extensive experience in management and financial consultancy, business planning and development, company secretarial services and accounting.

The two partners are supported by a small team of professional and administrative staff, and they have a good local network of freelance associates in related disciplines.

DG & Associates offers a broad range of services, with a focus on accounting and tax compliance, and auditing. Management consulting services are offered through an associated company, DG Consultancy Ltd., and recruitment and human resources consulting services are offered through People Solutions Int. Ltd.

The client base is in sectors such as hotels, manufacturing, trading and wholesale, freight forwarding, professional services, local councils, clubs and associations, and agriculture.

The firm’s offices are located in a commercial centre in the south of the island of Malta.

All partners and professional staff are fluent in English as well as Maltese. Italian and French are also spoken.
