Multi-Award Winning Atlantic Link exhibit at World of Learning 2007

Atlantic Link Ltd comes to the World of Learning Exhibition this year as multiple award winners for its leading rapid e-learning authoring tools. Exhibiting at Stand B180 Atlantic will be demonstrating a host of new features to please current and potential customers.

[UKPRwire, Tue Nov 13 2007] Atlantic Link Ltd come to the World of Learning Exhibition at the NEC this year as multiple award winners for their leading rapid e-learning authoring tools.

Last year Atlantic Link raised eyebrows at the exhibition by winning the 'Live Software Simulation Challenge' at the 2006 exhibition. This year, however, there will be no surprises as Atlantic Link’s products have confirmed their status as the premier collaborative rapid e-learning tools in the world by being the only products to be awarded two medals at the prestigious Brandon Hall E-learning shootouts in September. Following on from their Gold Award win in the 'PowerPoint to E-learning Shootout', Atlantic Link received a Silver award in the 'Building Software Simulations' Shootout.

As if this wasn’t enough, Atlantic Link won a National Training Award in October for their work with Everyday Financial Solutions. This customer has transformed their training function using the Atlantic Link products and worked closely with the Atlantic Link team to enable their trainers to adopt the rapid e-learning approach.

Award winning is becoming a regular pastime for the Atlantic Link team but they are not resting on their laurels and will dismay their competitors at World of Learning next week by unveiling cutting edge new features including a full workflow engine, course locking, ‘show me’ movie output, ‘Word’ output, enhanced PowerPoint conversion and much, much more.

Atlantic Link’s revolution in rapid e-learning is being demonstrated on stand B180 throughout the exhibition. Anybody interested in revolutionising their training function will be very welcome at the stand.

About Atlantic Link

Atlantic Link provides the world's most advanced rapid e-learning tools. Record breaking sales figures and big name clients demonstrate that Atlantic Link's rapid authoring software is revolutionary e-learning production.

Atlantic Link Limited was founded in 2002 by Mike Alcock and Tony Reddington. Having worked in e-learning for many years, Tony and Mike had come to the conclusion that e-learning was too slow and expensive to produce, too complicated for most people to create and almost impossible to maintain. Starting with a clean sheet of paper, and with a team of the best software developers in the world, they threw out the rulebook and wrote a brand new e-learning architecture based on the latest generation of Microsoft technologies.

The aim is to bring e-learning development to ordinary users. With the Atlantic Link software, anyone who can use a computer can create stunning e-learning and unleash the knowledge locked within themselves and their organizations.

Atlantic Link has built up an impressive blue-chip customer base in the UK and overseas, including world-leading brands from the automotive, finance, retail and government sectors. It is also developing an extensive channel partnership network for the provision of e-learning solutions internationally.

Atlantic Link's software solutions - Capture Point™, Content Point™, ICMS™ and Knowledge Point™ - are world leaders in their application and technology approach, and the company has a significant lead over its competition in this field. Product development for the current range of products has been completed, and the products are highly marketable, with ongoing developments targeted at feature addition and enhancement to capture customer and future market needs.

These tools allow subject matter experts who are not IT experts or programmers to produce highly sophisticated e-learning courses. This capability has been quickly embraced by many of the worlds leading companies such as BT and Barclays. Customers typically see the production of customized e-learning by their in-house training teams as a welcome alternative to the cost and inflexibility of employing e-learning consultants.
