Established in Bradford in 1893 originally as a manufacturer of labour saving handling equipment, the company has continually evolved and expanded it’s product range and today has diversified into one of the UK’s leading suppliers of industrial & commercial equipment.

Today, with a product range spanning over 35,000 lines, the company supplies everything for business from the coffee in the restroom to the trolleys in the warehouse. Still however, narrowly perceived by many as the ladder firm in which much of the company’s roots are steeped, the new brand imagery is designed to raise the profile of the company beyond its traditional markets and strengthen its position in non-core product areas.

After extensive consultation with customers, Slingsby have developed a cleaner sharper identity to represent their new service promise and to help relaunch the brand as the next generation in advanced distance selling of industrial and commercial equipment.

The new brand imagery includes a bold new typeface and a new strap line ‘Your Workplace Partner’ a simple line that encapsulates what Slingsby is all about, 115 years since its inception.
