The expansion of the membership base will be serviced by an extra 30 jobs being created at the Chelmsford call centre and a further 12 jobs being created in India at the back office and sales centre.

Other brands and products of the parent company, IMT Group Holdings plc includes 118669, a UK directory service which will be live 24-7, 365 days a year and be answered from a 40 strong call centre based in Hull.
The 118 669 service will launch UK wide on 16th May 2007.
Callers will be charged a connection fee of 59 pence and 14 pence per minute call costs.
In November 2006 a 300 seat telesales centre was opened in Chelmsford Essex.
Additional centres are already at an advanced stage of planning.
The group is backed by Private Equity and is working towards an AIM float planned for 2009.
The board became strengthened significantly during 2006, with the appointment of business veteran, Richard Allan as Chairman, Hugh Craen, the founder of Potential Finance Group plc as Director, Peter Hill as Group Finance Director, Jaynie Vincent as Group HR Director, Scott Barker as Director of Risk Operations.
CEO, Daniel Corby was previously Sales Director at phones4u, the High Street mobile retailer.
The business is based in Essex, with operations in Chelmsford, Harlow and the Asia Pacific regions.
The business has recently recruited a retired Head of Trading Standards to the business as Head of Ethics. The committee will meet once a month and will oversee the way the group deals with its customers, staff and shareholders.
