[UKPRwire, Sat Dec 08 2007] Wyboston Lakes has taken IT to the next level with the launch of their new online service which allows customers to book non-residential day meetings via their website, www.wybostonlakes.co.uk.
The user-friendly system incorporates interactive photographs of the different room layouts, so clients can see at a glance whether the room will suit their needs. The photographs are presented in a circular format, and by hovering over the image with the mouse, the required photograph is brought centre stage and enlarged for easy viewing.
As well as being able to choose the ideal room for their meeting, clients can book all the other facilities they need, such as food, beverages and any
audio-visual equipment including televisions and DVD players, at the click of a mouse.
Wyboston Lakes’ sales and marketing director Clive Bache commented, “Wyboston Lakes is the first Conference Centres of Excellence member to introduce a truly visual interactive user-friendly online booking system. We designed the system so it is really practical and easy for clients who want to book day meetings for up to twenty delegates online. It will be more efficient and being very visual means they can see at a glance exactly how the room will look when they arrive, and select all the support services they will need in one operation.”
Bookings can be made for full day, half day, breakfast or evening meetings online by credit card and the client will receive confirmation of the booking. A discount is available for clients who chose to book online. For those looking to extend their visit, there is also a hot link that enables the user to book overnight accommodation or leisure breaks.
