Young Group Appoints Fraser Matthews, Ex-Bank of Scotland Investment Services Client Manager
Property investment portfolio managers, Young Group, have appointed Fraser Matthews to the growing portfolio team.
[UKPRwire, Tue Dec 04 2007] Fraser joins Young Group following four years as a Private Client Manager with the Bank of Scotland Investment Service. During this time, Fraser advised high net worth clients on investment strategies, tax mitigation and sourcing specialist services from within the group.
Fraser has a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure that their financial objectives are met. As a Young Group Portfolio Manager, Fraser is responsible for advising and assisting clients with their investment decisions and building portfolios aligned to their medium/long term strategy and risk profile.
Young Group is actively developing additional services to offer to investor clients. In addition to our range of direct property investments, we are creating a new indirect investment opportunity - the London Residential Property Development Fund.

Fraser Matthews
Fraser graduated from the Australian National University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and Sub-Major in Economics. Fraser joined Tower Life in 1998, moving then onto IPAC securities 1999 where his finance career developed with a position as a paraplanner. Here Fraser developed and produced in-depth holistic financial plans for high net worth clients.
In 2003 he joined Bank of Scotland Investment Service, part of HBOS plc. As a private client manager, Fraser advised high net worth clients on investment strategies, tax mitigation and sourcing specialist services from within the group.
Fraser is qualified in financial planning; he is married and enjoys golf, tennis and fishing.
