Job board for Expats in Sweden has a built a community by helping job seekers.
[UKPRwire, Tue Nov 11 2008] JobsinStockholm.com is having a birthday. The jobsite, which helps non-Swedish speaking Expats, proved to help companies of all sizes attract top English speaking talent.
"Thanks, this site is a great idea!" says Stephan Jetzinger, JobsinStockholm.com user. "This was what I have been searching for a long time."
JobsinStockholm.com has built a community by not only being a source for job seekers but by providing information for newcomers to Sweden. And with an estimated 10,000 Americans alone living in Sweden, it certainly has a large market.
"I lived in London and Brussels before moving to Sweden and know firsthand how difficult it can be for an outsider to find a job in a new country," says Adrianne George, JobsinStockholm.com founder and managing director. "The Internet is a great resource to find information about jobs. I strived to make JobsinStockholm.com much more than just a job board. I wanted it to be a survival guide."
The past two year has been marked with highlights for JobsinStockolm.com, with the user base continuing to grow, collaborations with CV Skolan and Scandinavian Insider, and new companies advertising great jobs.
"I’m an Italian guy living in the UK who was desperately searching for a portal like this, since all the resources found so far are either too poor or in Swedish!" exclaims one fan of the site. "Well done guys, now I can think about moving to Sweden."
