New appointment adds experience, and shows ambition, of growing technology firm
[UKPRwire, Fri Dec 22 2006] Miles Holden, formerly EMEA Director for Computer Associates, has joined BiBC as Sales and Marketing Director. Miles will bring 17 years technology experience to BiBC, and the appointment of someone with such a high level of experience shows the genuine ambition of the British company leading the video download revolution.
Before becoming EMEA Director for Computer Associates, Miles previously held senior positions in Capgemini and Energis, where he specialised in new technology sales. His major contract wins include Bearing Point, Cellnet/O2 and BBC.
Miles’s experience is based on large complex deal strategies that he has developed around outsourcing, business transformation and the core implementations for new offerings/markets. Miles has worked in several sectors, ranging from Telecommunications to Media and more recently New Media.
Of the recent appointment, Paul Hague, managing director of BiBC, commented: “We are delighted to have been able to appoint someone of Miles’ credentials to such an important role in the company, and we believe that Miles more than repay the faith that we have shown in him. Miles will become a valued member of the team, and will help to drive BiBC forward”.
Miles Holden added, “To join BiBC is fantastic, as I really believe in the video download revolution. We will be helping consumers and businesses to move into the digital age, and to work for the company that is really leading the market is a dream come true”.
