Zeus Technology announces channel partnership with OpenPSL.
[UKPRwire, Wed Feb 15 2006] A new partnership announcement with leading IT distributor OpenPSL, signals Zeus’ commitment to further Channel initiatives in 2006.
The deal sees OpenPSL selling Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager (ZXTM), an advanced Application Delivery Controller (ADC), to its extensive client base in the SME, corporate and enterprise markets with immediate effect.
Critical to OpenPSL’s selection of ZXTM is its ability to combine traffic management, advanced security and application acceleration in a single, scalable solution. As a software platform ZXTM is uniquely placed to run on traditional servers or blades; alternatively it is available as an appliance, providing customers ultimate flexibility in platform options. ZXTM’s configurable TrafficScript™ language provides the flexibility to define traffic routing rules according to business needs, providing further opportunities for OpenPSL and affiliated partners to deliver valuable post-sale consultancy services.
OpenPSL is a value-added distributor for many vendors, VARs, system integrators and software houses. As well as distributing a broad range of IT products, OpenPSL provides an extensive portfolio of technical services along with ISV migration and hosting services which are sold exclusively through channel partners.
