SCIENCE, ART & DRAMA BLOCKS GET TECHNOLOGY BOOST AT GRAMMAR SCHOOL
School leads the way in the use of new technology Kent-based Network & Cabling Solutions (NCS) Ltd announced today that it had completed the installation of a wireless network system and installed new presentation equipment for The Simon Langton grammar school for boys.

The new equipment and network has brought what was a traditional grammar school up to date and more in line with its ambitious, ongoing improvement plans. The enhanced system now comprises a Hewlett Packard Managed Network, wireless access and interactive Whiteboards and Projectors in most classrooms. In addition to this there is a large electric drop down screen in the hall, which allows presentations to be projected for all to see.
After winning this latest contract after a strong, competitive tender, NCS has been working with the school for over eighteen months. In that time, the leading networking and cabling specialists has provided advice and support on the school’s infrastructure and presentation equipment.
