The Versa food service system is designed to offer a custom-made design without the custom-made price. Its modular units can be quickly manoeuvred and joined together in a variety of different configurations – then just as quickly broken down and stored away.
The Versa System will be distributed in the UK and Ireland by Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM), whose representatives will be available on stand N1640 to discuss Versa and the full Cambro range.
The main component of the system is the Versa Food Bar, which is the ideal setting for any cold food display. No power is required, since the food is kept cold using Cambro's Coldfest Pans or Buffet Camchillers, both of which use the latest eutectic technology to chill effectively and reliably.
During service the Versa Food Bar's fashionable, heavy-duty sneeze guards protect food and the tray rails ensure customers can easily serve themselves. Once service is over, one person can dismantle the guards and rails in just 30 seconds, saving 25% more space and making the unit even more manoeuvrable.
Other units include the Versa Work Table, which can be used for prep or serving, and the Versa Cart, which holds electrical equipment such as EPOS and keyboards. Cambro also offers a huge range of accessories including connectors to link units together.
