FRIMA's VarioCooking Center automatically takes over the night shift.
[UKPRwire, Wed Jul 29 2009] There are many advantages to overnight cooking. It frees up equipment for day-time use, night-time electricity is often priced at a lower rate and many dishes actually benefit from the slow cooking process that tenderises them and brings out their taste. But up till now chefs have had to weigh up these advantages against having burnt food and heavily soiled pots and pans to clean in the morning.
However FRIMA's high-tech VarioCooking Center, offers such precise control over the cooking process that it ensures food is cooked without burning or sticking even overnight. In FRIMA's overnight cooking mode everything is done to perfection so the next day it is tender, succulent and ready for serving.
The VarioCooking Center is a high-tech, multi-function, tilting pan that can be used as a bratt pan, a kettle pan and a deep fat fryer. It provides heat evenly to the base of the pan ensuring totally uniform heat distribution throughout the food being cooked. In overnight cooking mode the VarioCooking Center checks and optimises the cooking process fully automatically 3,600 times per hour throughout the night, guaranteeing perfect results every time - and all while the chef is asleep.
Food cooked in this way heats up very gently until the desired core temperature is reached and then it continues to cook very slowly so it is tender and succulent without being overdone or burnt. The overnight cooking mode is especially good for meat or vegetable stews and roulades as well as joints and cheaper cuts of meat. Up to 70kg of delicious leg of lamb can be cooked at one time in a VarioCooking Center 311.
The VarioCooking Center is extremely easy to operate. Simply select the food to be cooked with the push of a button, follow the suggestions from the control panel and the VarioCooking Center does the rest.
