Celebrate the month of love with Bournemouth’s ULTIMATE aphrodisiac
[UKPRwire, Fri Feb 15 2008] WestBeach, one of the south coast’s most celebrated seafood restaurants - winner of AA Seafood Restaurant of the year two years in a row - is serving up the ultimate food of love this Valentines – giant oysters caught just off Bournemouth’s shore!
The tasty aphrodisiacs, which have been arriving up to a dinner plate in size, are being caught just metres from the restaurant, which has just received acclaim in the prestigious 2008 Michelin Guide for it’s fresh approach.
Senior sous chef, Davyd Luke, says:
“We’re seeing all sorts of species of seafood and fish thriving in Bournemouth’s waters right now. Not being over-fished or dredged, our coastline is a perfect environment for a variety of marine-life and as a chef, being able to serve fresh, locally caught produce the very same day as it’s caught by expert local fishermen is as good as it gets!”
