A powerful new internet forum has been launched this week to provide information for an investors in the Bulgarian property market. Run by Ben Crushcov, a property entrepeneur and succesful agent, who lived in Bulgaria for 7 years, the site puts buyers in touch with each other and promises to guide the uninitiated through the process of purchasing.

Overall, though the market remains very hot. With Bulgaria’s entry into the EU at the start of 2007 ratified by most of the host countries, prices are set to continue to soar.
