Avnet Embedded launches new Windows® Embedded Technical Service in Italy

[UKPRwire, Tue Oct 13 2009] Avnet Embedded today announced an exclusive and comprehensive phone and email technical service for Italian customers covering the whole family of Windows Embedded operating systems. The service is delivered in the Italian language by a team of technical specialists.

“We are one of the first Microsoft Authorised Embedded Distributors in Europe to offer this level of support,” said Cesare de Siena, Business Development Manager Italy for Avnet Embedded. “The service is based on a call centre with a team of technical specialists offering response via email, phone and Skype. These specialists are Italian speaking and each have typically over 25 years of relevant technical experience. In addition, we can enrol customers on dedicated hands-on training courses at the Microsoft Innovation Centre in Italy.”
