Caretower proudly left this year's CRN awards triumphant after picking up the highly coveted Security Reseller of the year 2009 title at this year's CRN Channel Award.
[UKPRwire, Fri Nov 27 2009] The award ceremony, orgainsed by the Channel Reseller News (CRN) publication was held on the 19th of November at the Battersea Park Events Arena in London and saw 23 awards presented by CRN's host for the evening – comedian Rob Brydon. Caretower conquered stiff competition from 5 other top resellers at the event to win the Security Reseller award on their first attempt.
The Security Reseller of the year award was launched in 2008 due to the proliferation of security as a top business consideration and the increase in demand for security services from all areas of the end user business community due to the number of high level data breaches over the past six months. VARs, integrators, service providers and resellers are all eligible for the award whether they are providing a range of specialist security services or just one focused service or bringing new security technologies to market.
The Reseller awards recognises excellence in the delivery of solutions, service and support to end user customers, taking into consideration the reseller's ability to deliver real benefits to the user organisation, and to meet customer objectives in terms of improved efficiency, ROI and investment protection, and cost reduction. Companies that demonstrate innovation in developing and bringing-to-market new concepts and solutions will also be candidates for these awards.
