[UKPRwire, Tue Nov 20 2007] Marl has appointed Nick Gibbs as UK Sales Manager, a new position reporting to David Moorhouse, Operations Director. He takes direct responsibility for Marl’s Field and Internal Sales team targeting a growing diversity of LED applications in electronic, industrial, architectural and rail markets.
Commenting, David Moorhouse said, “Nick has a very strong track record in management, and has run his own successful business. His business know-how, entrepreneurial spirit and motivational skills will, we believe, contribute strongly to the on-going success of our sales teams in the expanding market for LED lighting that we are seeing.”

Nick brings Marl a twenty-year track record in business management. Prior to joining the company, he owned and ran a business in Turkey for nine years, which he successfully sold. Previously to this he also worked as a manager in the automotive industry for eleven years.
