[UKPRwire, Sun Oct 04 2009] Rockford IT will soon upgrade its RSA (Regular System Administration) service, currently monitoring and reporting on customers backup status, Internet connection and server health (including disk, memory and CPU utilisation) once a week, to instead delivering this service in real-time.

The upgraded system will deliver all the previous functions of the RSA service, but as it provides this service in real-time, it allows the Rockford team to remain extremely proactive, making them aware of any issues via visual, email and even instant SMS messages, and giving them the ability to analyse reports and spot potential problems before they occur. This helps Rockford IT meet and exceed its SLA (Service Level Agreement) with uptime and performance for managed systems, ultimately benefiting its clients’ business efficiency and operations.

Customers are additionally given access so they can log in and view their own network reports as and when they like. This gives Rockford’s customers peace of mind that they can stay involved in their IT system and can view details on their network status if they require.

The upgraded RSA solution is set to launch in October. Customers will be contacted nearer the time regarding their log in details. For more details on Rockford IT’s new solution contact us today via email (info@rockford-uk.com) or call 0333 101 6000.
