A new KIRK wireless server redefines analogue on-site mobility
ICON is pleased to announce that the Polycom KIRK Wireless Server 8000 (KWS8000) is now available to its Channel Partners. KIRK Wireless Servers are the building blocks of the professional on-site mobility solutions that allow calls to be made and taken anywhere on an organisations site.
[UKPRwire, Tue Jul 21 2009] The KWS8000 is a scalable solution for organisations which need to provide on-site mobile telephone services across a large site or for a large number of employees. A KWS8000 can scale up to around 1000 handsets.
The KWS8000 supports CLI, and this with its scalability, make it an attractive option for the end user with a traditional analogue telephone system. However, there are some new features which will make life easy for the Channel Partner. Installation has been made easier and hot pluggable cards mean that system maintenance can be done whilst the system is live.
