• completion of the build-phase of its showcase wireless broadband network in Tbilisi, Georgia. The service is now scheduled to be formally launched in late February with the signing of its first tranche of corporate, institutional and governmental customers.

• QTEL engineers now installed in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku. The design of its WiMax network is now in full progress and the Company expects its initial service to be launched on schedule in Baku in Q2 ’07.
