[UKPRwire, Wed Oct 15 2008] XLN Telecom – the UK’s leading telecoms company serving the small business community – has been ranked above both BT and TalkTalk by Topcomm. Topcomm measures key performance indicators such as delivering on-time orders, providing accurate billing and promptly handling and resolving complaints and faults.

Topcomm, the independent, co-regulatory group made up of Communications Service Providers (CSPs), reports on the quality of customer service provided by CSPs – including ordering services, fault repair, complaint handling and billing accuracy. It ensures that the information made available to consumers is objective, reliable and comparable. Topcomm is approved by Ofcom, the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industry.

Anthony Karibian, co-founder and CEO of XLN Telecom, commented:
“We are 100 per cent committed to providing small businesses with the highest levels of service in the sector and are delighted to be recognised by Topcomm as being an industry leader in this area. Small businesses have traditionally been underserved while paying substantially higher prices than big businesses. We will continue to make sure our customers not only receive the best prices - but also the best service - to help them manage their costs in these difficult times.”
