Published: Mon Mar 26 2018

One of the worlds most expensive supercars has its very own super cherished numberplate. With a valuation of 1.1 million pounds this is not for the faint hearted.

The pre-registered bids have already exceeded the valuation set by DVLA recognised resellers National Numbers. With offers coming in from around the world, the Bugatti registration looks to break the current Guiness World Record held by Saeed Abdul Ghaffar Khouri (UAE) for Dh52.2 million ($14.2m, 7.2m) who brought the single digit registration '1' during a special number-plate auction organised by Emirates Auction Company, and held at Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on 16 Feb 2008.

Attracting global attention and pre-registered bids flooding in from around the world, the registration mark is being sold to raise money for victims of Domestic Violence and Rape. With no reserve, the registration mark will be sold to the highest bidder causing a bidding war worldwide, with everyone trying to get there hands on UK most expensive numberplate.

The vehicle regsitration mark is being sold directly by DVLA's authorised resellers on behalf of a private seller who is donating the funds to a local organisation in Greater London to provide safe, secure, sheltered housing to survivors of Domestic Violence & Rape.
