US TAX APPOINT POWER TRIO

Former Arthur Andersen Tax Partner, Dave Daley, will work in their London office as Private Client Tax Director. Dave has an impressive background
encompassing High Net Worth Individual clients and Fortune 500 corporations
while working with Arthur Andersen, Rothstein Kass in New Jersey and other high profile firms in California. He has also been a university lecturer in the Masters of Tax program at USC and the MBA program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Jonathan Tiegerman, a published tax professional, will join the company’s Zurich office as Corporate Senior Tax Manager from E&Y in the US. Jonathan’s
background consists of Big 4 firms, working in Mergers and Acquisitions, asset
management tax and advising private equity firms and multi-national corporations on tax minimization and cross-border financing structures.

Matthias Voss joined the global team as Group Chief Financial Officer. Matthias was Division CFO and Head of Internal Audit for a listed Swiss company where he ran their international financial operations. Prior experience includes ten years as a CPA at a Big 4 firm in Germany, the US and Switzerland.
