Top military munitions meeting in Prague in September

The Joint Munition Effects conference and exhibition brings together specialists from the scientific, manufacturing and military sectors to provide a forum where operational insights will illustrate munition effects in the modern battlespace.
According to Joint Munition Effects programme director, Richard Mathews: "Over the past decade we have seen a distinct swing towards the insurgency led battlefield and we have had to adapt fast to make sure our soldiers on the frontline have what they need to defeat the enemy at every opportunity. Whether this be through developing more accurate munitions or just improving the life cycle and supply chain management of these systems, it is essential that this community can stay one step ahead and ensure appropriate munitions are there when the war-fighter needs them."
Over 25 ground breaking speakers from leading organisations such as USJFCOM, UK MoD, NDIA, ARDEC, EDA and the Czech Joint Forces Command will showcase critical examples of munitions development, delivery, distribution and deployment seen anywhere in Europe.
