Double-Take® Software (NASDAQ: DBTK) is enhancing and expanding its Systems Integrator (SI) Programme by offering new support and resources that make it easier for SIs to integrate the Double-Take® Software disaster recovery and business continuity products into their solutions.

The enhanced SI programme leads with Double-Take Software workload migration solution Double-Take® Move, which can transfer full systems between any combination of server hardware, storage and virtualisation products while users remain online. This ‘any-to-any’ or X2X migration tool can be used to speed up the process of moving customers over to new hardware, virtualisation or storage platforms which the SI has brought together, reducing cost for the customer and allowing the SI to achieve results faster. Businesses using Double-Take® Move are able to cut migration project durations by 50-75 percent, resulting in accelerated consolidation when virtualising servers and an increased ROI. Additionally, SIs have seen a more than 75 percent reduction in the number of man hours needed during these types of large migration projects.

Ian Masters, UK Sales Director for Double-Take Software commented, "The goal for Double-Take Software is to make it easier for SIs to migrate their customers on to new server and storage platforms, and then protect those critical workloads going forward. By enhancing our SI programme, SIs and end users will now have access to better solutions for the migration, protection and recovery of workloads, as well as getting access to great technical and marketing support around the products."

As part of the programme expansion, SIs can now provide end users with increased support and functionality based on the Double-Take Software full suite of products: Double-Take® Move, Double-Take® Flex, Double-Take® Backup and Double-Take® Availability.

Double-Take Software provides SI partners with an array of benefits in the enhanced program, including product engineering support, field sales support, technical support, ROI and marketing tools, and a project manager assigned to each organisation as a resource for all facets of planning, training, education and certifications.
