Models Direct Child Models Shine at Kit for Kids Assignments

Last week modelling agency Models Direct had nine of their child models out on assignments with education and nursery experts Kit for Kids. Read on to find out more about what the children got up to and how they found their first modelling assignments.

Kit for Kids is a company that comes up with innovative solutions for the care, development and growth of babies and children, ranging from cot mattresses to outdoor activity products.

Lindsay from Kit for Kids returned to Models Direct for the second time in the last year to find models for photographic assignments demonstrating the products. She was looking for nine models aged between four and seven to take part. After being sent a selection of models chosen by Models Direct coordinators it was Caitlyn, Megan, Dylan, Vivienne, Samuel, Fuschia, Zach, Morgan and Oliver who were selected.

The children were photographed playing with toys together and playing pretend in different situations. All the children enjoyed themselves and their parents offered some great feedback.

"It was a nice day for Caitlyn," her mum Emily informed Models Direct. "She enjoys having her picture taken and it was great that she got to play with the toys and other children as well. She really enjoyed herself and is more convinced now that she would like to continue modelling and, if possible, progress into television and film."

"Vivienne really enjoyed her first photographic assignment," Vivienne’s mum Davina agreed. "She had fun because they were playing at the same time. The assignment was really good and relaxed, we felt really welcome there. The photographer was really nice and really fantastic when dealing with the children and other people there were really nice and friendly too!"

Finally, Megan’s mum Lisa confirmed what the other mothers had said. "They were asked to sit on the equipment, read books, look interested in the products," she said of her daughter’s modelling assignment. "Megan enjoyed having her photos done and liked changing outfits. It seemed pretty casual, which made it relaxing. She was very pleased with herself to be a model for the day, though she was very tired by the end!"

Models Direct are still waiting for a number of the models’ feedback from the assignment but are sure that it will all be just as positive as the comments they have already received.
