Cardiff International Food and Drink Festival features the speciality foods made from different regions and attendees can sample an impressive selection of everything from local cheese and preservatives to imported wines and exotic delicacies. The festival is being held from 8th to 10th July 2011 at the Roald Dahl Plass in Cardiff Bay and due to the popularity of the event Cardiff hotels in the area are due to be fully booked.
