Moffatís stylish V Carte carvery units are ideal for pub or hotel restaurants. Their compact mobile design enables them to be easily stored away when not in use and wheeled out when needed. A wide range of fascia panels are available.

The top of the range V Carte VCCV4 carvery houses two thermostatically controlled, stainless-steel heated carving pads with holding spikes. An adjustable heated, pop-up plate dispensor takes up to 65 plates at a time. A bain-marie with fan-assisted heating unit accommodates various combinations of gastronorm pans, up to 150mm deep, to keep vegetables and sauces at optimum serving temperature.

Moffat also offers a prestigious static Carvery Counter, aestheticly designed with smooth curves and a streamlined finish. A range of detailed faschia panels and sleek granite tops customise the counter to tie in with the restaurant decor. This reliable carvery counter makes functional use of available space creating a balance between self-service and assisted service to encourage a free flow of customers.

Moffatís Carvery Counter has three individually-controlled, lift-off stainless-steel heated carving pads each with holding spikes. A run-off channel leading to a removable container collects meat juices that can be used to make gravy or stock. A large wet or dry heat bain-marie can be adapted to hold different sized pans for a combination of vegetables and sauces.

A centre plate-up point and central control panels enable easy access. A detachable carving knife and sharpening steel holder adjacent to the carving pads makes for safe handling and storage.

Both the V Carte unit and the Carvery Counter have an overhead quartz gantry and a curved glass serving screen to help protect the food from germs. Both units house generous fan-assisted, heated storage cupboards underneath the serving area that can hold extra meat, vegetables, sauces or plates until they are required for service. They are easy to clean and maintain, with most of the parts being removeable, including cupboard doors and fan heating units.
