INSIDHERLAND launches Western armchair

The Beyond Memory Collection has a new creation, Western "is a captivating armchair that rescues the image of my favorite old cowboy hat standing in a saddle rack while waiting to go on a horse ride." says Architect Joana Santos Barbosa, Founder & Creative Director of INSIDHERLAND.

The unquestionable form of Western armchair suddenly appeared in the mind of the creator and the creative process had to be focused on absorbing the most dominant features of the cowboy hat and the saddle rack to transform that simple, yet challenging, image into a functional Piece of Art. The essential was highlighted after adjusting the proportions between memory and creative presence. The top of the armchair performs the concave hat with rounded tabs and the band around it turns into a comfortable cushion. The base in walnut approaches the structure and color of the saddle rack.
