The Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA) is running a seminar covering the legal aspects of charter broking on March 3, 2010 at the Baltic Exchange, London.
Markham Jackson, Chief Executive of BACA, will give a brief introduction to the history of BACA and the state of the UK private airline industry and then David Malempré will cover the legal aspects of charter broking.

The session, on Wednesday March 3, 2010 at the Baltic Exchange, London, will begin at 10am and finish about 2.30pm, with a break for a sandwich lunch. It costs £50 plus VAT for BACA broker members. Places are limited, but a few remain available.
BACA is dedicated to promoting integrity and ethical business practices in air brokerage. The association welcomes all those involved in the air charter market including airports, airlines, handling agents, aviation lawyers and consultants, as well as brokers.
